#thelegofarmer turns 12 in September, and we're celebrating with highlights! Coming in at #2 In the lead-up to Christmas in 2014, only months after those first #thelegofarmer photos, we had a little viral moment. And it was then that I realised, pardon the pun, the real power of the humble LEGO to still connect. From ABC News articles being translated around the world, radio interviews and on-farm photoshoots, to our little minifigure being called "the cutest farmer in Australia".

#thelegofarmer turns 12 in September, and we're celebrating with 12 highlights! Stay tuned as we announce the next stage of Little BRICK Pastoral soon. But first... #1 All the way back to that first photo. Amongst a germinating crop of lucerne on the family farm in Southern NSW, and having discovered LEGO Photography online, #thelegofarmer was born. Pulling together my love of small details, macro photography and Australian agriculture, it was the perfect little outlet whilst I studied a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management with Charles Sturt University from home on the farm. |
