The last week has been an incredible week as we participated in the National Farmers' Federation's Talking 2030 Emerging Leaders Program facilitated by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation. The program was held at Cuppacumbalong Homestead in Tharwa near Canberra where we completed many leadership and team building challenges through experiential learning. We spent the week alongside seven amazing leaders from around Australia - all passionate about driving our agricultural industry forward and sharing the story of food and fibre production. We can't wait to tell you more about these incredible people! Also - the LEGO Farmer turned four on Thursday! What fun we've had the last four years!!
